It all started with a simple question. It always does.

The question was this: How do you make it easier for old schoolmates in Singapore to reunite with one another?

Ask around and most people would tell you that the best friends they ever made were back in school. However, sadly, many old schoolmates seem to have lost contact due to the passing of years. (Bear in mind that keeping in touch back then wasn’t as easy as it is nowadays. We didn’t have stuff like sms, email, or MSN back in the old days...) 

Thus, this little website was created to help Singaporeans reunite with their old school friends, because we believe that such friendships should be preserved.

We recognize the value of human relationships.

We also know that flipping through your dusty old yearbook always sends a certain tingle down your spine. (Yes, we know cos we’ve tried it before.) It never fails to gives you that feeling of nostalgia when you flip through your old yearbook and see the faces of those whom you once went to school with – the buddies you played rounders with, the guys/girls you had crushes on, or the teachers, who had the uncanny ability to make our lives miserable (but whom we all still loved at the end of the day).

We know that as you pore over the many schoolmates from the various schools listed in Yearbook.com.sg, you’d feel the same sense of nostalgia too.

If we could sum up this entire site in one phrase, it would be "old school nostalgia". Yes, that pretty much encompasses what we're all about. And if you often feel nostalgic about your schooling days, then you've come to the right place.

Many websites start out by asking themselves how they could make money. We started out by asking ourselves how we can enrich people’s lives, by bringing old friends together and facilitating school reunions for instance.

Yes, it sounds a tad ambitious, but we’re giving it a shot anyway.
