The thing I miss most about school has to be my free periods. I only came to know of free periods in secondary school. Prior to that, the thought of having a pure half hour of unsupervised time was almost unheard and undreamt of.

I grew up with "Say It With Music". 

You see, my era was a time when there was no such thing as the Internet. My classmates and I always tried to spend as much time together in school as we could, because once we went home, we knew that couldn't communicate with one another any more...except through the home telephone.

A Bus Journey
